So pretty and accurate to photos and description!! I have washed it and everything is fine. Have only tested with cold and room temperature liquids, will leave additional feedback about hot liquids later. It arrived quickly via the free shipping (ordered 12th Nov, arrived 25th Nov). The cup came wrapped in bubblewrap and padded a bit by the soft foam. An additional polishing cloth and coaster were given.
